Can you recomend a workout routine and a decent diet plan for somebody who knows nothing about working out? - rip curl life jackets
What I want is a high body torn biceps that big chest and a 6-pack, but I only have weights for the loops and another team, because I am currently experiencing financial difficulties.
I only know the basic concepts of the basic exercises and requires further explanation. I do not know the names of many forms.
Can you give me a lot of routine work and the food. Please note that you are doing a lot of movement, explains how to use the size and weight wokout, when, how and when to rest.
I 1 is for me a lot of determination to rip as soon as possible.
I do not know much, but I try my best to change my lifestyle.
