Flat feet (or low / Fallen Arches), excessive pronation, a biomechanical imbalance over time can cause serious problems. When people who have excessive pronation or foot, the collapse of the vault with every step they take and ankle roll inward. Pronation in itself is not bad, because we have to pronation-supination, as part of our journey. Pronation (rolling) serves as a buffer process and supination (start) will help to advance our feet.

Flat feet or fallen arches can cause uncomfortable, even painful diseases such as spurs and plantar fasciitis heel. The solution to the effective treatment for excessive pronation is to use an orthopedic shoe inserts too.
